SYNOPSIS
Life at the 4077 revolved around the day-to-day routines of Captain "Hawkeye" Pierce, Captain BJ Hunnicutt, Colonel Sherman T Potter, Major Margaret Houlihan, Major Franklin Burns, Corporal "Radar" O'Reilly, Corporal Klinger and Father Mulcahy. In their mash (mobile army surgical hospital) unit stationed three miles from the front line in Korea - occasional hilarity and constant hijinks were all that kept them sane.

Hawkeye has to face the prospect of the 4077th without
cohort Trapper John, when Trapper gets his discharge.

Hawkeye welcomes new tentmate and surgeon

Change Of Command
Colonel Sherman Potter arrives and takes command
of the 4077th.
It Happened One Night
During heavy shelling, Frank raids Hot Lips' tent
looking to retrieve his love letters and Klinger
is accidently shot by a nervous sentry.
The Late Captain Pierce
When Hawkeye's father is notified that
he's dead, he finds it's no easy matter either to
get word to him or establish that he's alive.
Hey, Doc
Favours are being traded at the 4077th
as Hawkeye and BJ help a British soldier with an
ingrown toenail in exchange for some scotch. Then
they look for a replacement for their stolen microscope.
The Bus
Hawkeye, Radar, BJ, Frank and Col. Potter
make a wrong turn on their bus trip before an enemy
soldier helps them get home.
Dear Mildred
Potter writes to his wife and describes
all of his new colleagues at mash.
The Kids
A group of Korean orphans make the 4077th
their temporary home during a shelling.

Quo Vadis, Captain Chandler?
A wounded Captain arrives claiming he is
Jesus Christ.
Dear Peggy
BJ describes Frank's incompetence and the
pressure on Father Mulcahy in a letter to his wife.
Of Moose And Men
BJ helps a Sergeant who learns his wife
cheated on him and Hawkeye deals with an angry Colonel.
Soldier Of The Month
A contest is held to choose a soldier of
the month while a fever rampages through the camp.
The Gun
The camp is turned upside-down when an old and very
valuable gun disappears from a visiting Colonel.
Mail Call Again
The mail brings news of a grandchild to
Potter, some sexy negligees to Hot Lips, a hometown
newspaper for Hawkeye, and letters from his wife
for a dog for BJ.
The Price Of Tomato Juice
After seeing how much Potter enjoys tomato juice,
Radar wheels and deals to get a regular supply.
Dear Ma
The camp foot inspection and a minor wound
to Col. Potter are the highlights in a bemusing
letter from Radar to his mother.

Der Tag
After Hawkeye and BJ treat Frank like a friend for
a change, they get unanticipated results.
Hawkeye
Hawkeye is wounded in a jeep accident and
recovers in the care of a Korean Colonel.
Some 38th Parallels
Frank Burns devises a plan to sell the
camp's garbage, and Hawkeye buys some to dump on
a visiting Colonel.
The Novocaine Mutiny
Frank accuses Hawkeye of mutiny and brings
the case before military court.
Smilin' Jack
Potter faces the unpleasant task of grounding one
of his ace helicopter pilots.
The More I See You
An old flame of Hawkeye's shows up at the
4077th, complicating both their lives.
Deluge
With wounded pouring in, the 4077th performs
admirably, even under tremendous pressure and shortages.
The Interview
A stateside television correspondent interviews
